NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. is a duly registered company in Malta with registration number C-47261 with its registered address at JPR Buildings, Level 2, Triq Taz-Zwejt, San Gwann, SGN3000, Malta with letter of intent for a Class 1 remote gaming permit running on a Class 4 Licensee (Microgaming Europe Ltd) issued on the 3rd July 2012 to provide online gaming (License No LGA/CL1/785/2011) and Malta Class 1 remote gaming license running on a Class 4 Licensee (Net Entertainment Ltd) issued on the 7thJuly 2014 to provide online gaming (License No LGA/CL1/965/2014) hereinafter referred to as "NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd." or "BETAT Casino"; and you, as"the Player", "User", "Account Holder" or "the Subscriber".

These Terms of Service together with any other additional rules, terms and conditions that appear on the https://m.betatcasino.com/ website or that specifically relate to and govern any particular event, game, software or tournament, constitute a legally binding agreement between NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. and you the player (the "Terms and Conditions of Service"). Please refer in particular to the Privacy Policy.

NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. reserves the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time with or without notice to you.

By accessing this website you confirm your agreement to and acknowledgement of the following terms.

1.1 Use of the NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. site, https://m.betatcasino.com/ ("BETAT Casino", "the Site", the "Website") and the information, materials and links in it, is solely upon the terms and conditions set out below (Version no. 1.5), hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions" or "T&Cs" which constitute the entire agreement between the User and NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. for the use of the Site.
1.2 The rules herein are effective as of 22nd February 2015. These Terms & Conditions shall immediately become effective as from the date when the user registers his account with NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. These Terms & Conditions shall be the official source of reference for any complication/dispute related to the use of our Internet site, service or software. All games played on NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd.’s website are duly subject to the rules as specified in this document.
1.3 NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. hereby reserves the right to suspend, add, end, amend and/or supplement these T&Cs from time to time as it may deem appropriate. Any such changes shall be deemed effective as soon as they are accepted by the Regulatory Authorities and posted on the site and User/Account Holder shall be deemed to have consented to them by continuing to use the services on the site after such effective date. NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. is under no obligation to verify if all the users use the Service and or the Software according to the updated rules of these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 The version posted on NRR Entertainment Ltd. site(s) is the effective version, and that which users should use as reference. NRR Entertainment Ltd. will inform you of any updates regarding the Terms and Conditions, Game Rules, and Confidentiality Policy of this Contract.
1.5 NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. recommends that you visit the Terms and Conditions, Game Rules, and Confidentiality Policy of this Contract regularly, or whenever you see a notice of modification posted on the Internet Site. By continuing to use the Internet Site, the Service or the Software offered by NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. or its other sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Game Rules, and Confidentiality Policy of this Contract as well as by the latest modifications to it whether or not you are aware of such modifications. If you refuse to be bound by those modifications, you shall immediately cease use of the Internet Site, the Service or the Software offered by NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. or its other sites.

The words and terms should be interpreted as follows, unless, the context clearly implies otherwise:
2.1 "NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd." shall mean NRR ENTERTAINMENT’s online gaming system, as well as all services and game offer activities related to it and listed on https://m.betatcasino.com/ ("BETAT Casino", "the Site", "the Website" or "The Casino") including but not limited to Casino Games;
2.2 "User Account", shall mean a personal account opened by an individual and maintained by NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. as to allow this person to play the online games.
2.3 "Currency", "User Currency", "Currency Unit" or "Relevant Currency" shall mean a single unit of currency as selected by an individual at the point of opening their User Account. Any reference to monetary value throughout the website, any NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. documentation, or customer correspondence will refer to the currency selected by the Account Holder at the point of opening the User Account, unless specifically stipulated by the Casino, by clearly naming the currency symbol or currency itself in relevant monetary value reference.
2.4 "Software" shall mean the software licensed by us including all programs and databases and any other derived content, requiring download or available on the site, whether accessible or otherwise used by you through the website and allowing you to participate in the Casino Games.
2.5 "Login and Password" shall mean the login and password details that are chosen by a user upon registering with NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. and or modified by the user through "Forgot Password" feature available on the site.
2.6 "Us, We", "BETAT Casino", "the Site", "the Website" or "The Casino" shall mean NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd.
2.7 "Internet Site" shall mean the site https://m.betatcasino.com/ and all other sites connected to it and accessible through links or other access paths.
2.8 An "Account Holder", "User", "Player" or simply "You" is an individual having a contractual relationship with NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd.
2.9 "KYC Verified Customer" will be defined as a customer who provides following documents to BETAT Casino and they have been verified as true and valid copies of the originals:
  • Personal Identification and/or Passport
  • Proof of residence not less than 3 months old
  • Proof of Payment used on the registered account
2.10 "The Regulatory Authority" is the Malta Gaming Authority in Malta (MGA) (Suite 1, Level 3, TG Complex, Brewery Street, Mriehel, Birkirkara BKR 3000, http://www.mga.org.mt), which is the main regulator of remote gaming operations.
2.11 References in these T&Cs to a "Game" is to any gaming activity presented by NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. on its Site for the benefit of the Users and as approved by the Regulatory Authority.

3. Description of service ^ back to top

3.1 Through its network of Sites NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. may provide you with access to the Services. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Sites, are subject to these Terms of Service and any license agreements, codes of conduct or posted rules, instructions or guidelines regarding a particular Service and any related Software and materials (as applicable, the 'License Agreement').

If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the applicable License Agreement for a particular Service, NRR ENTERTAINMENT Ltd. (or its licensors) shall resolve the conflict in its sole discretion.
3.2 By playing on the BETAT Casino website you are being granted a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, in order to play according to these Terms & Conditions and including the clauses in this section.
3.3 BETAT Casino grants only a personal right to the account holders to use the Software; and the Service is a right that is bestowed personally on the users in order to play the games of luck on the Internet. This right is given to the users with a personal and not a commercial purpose.
3.4 BETAT Casino reserves the right to modify the Sites, Services and Software and/or change the system specification requirements necessary to access and use the Services at any time and without prior notice.

4.1 The user must read the Terms and Conditions before making use of this Site. Mere use of Site and/or opening of an account with BETAT Casino is an acknowledgement that the User has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. BETAT Casino reserves the right to change, amend or add to these rules as it deems fit by giving notice by posting the most updated and current rules on the Site. Any changes shall be deemed effective as soon as they are accepted by the Regulatory Authority and posted on the Site.
4.2 Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms of Service can be reviewed by clicking on the 'T&C's' hypertext link located on the Sites. User shall be deemed to have consented to them by continuing to use the services on the Site after such effective date. If User does not agree with the T&Cs (including any changes) User must not use the Site.
4.3 Should there be any discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions of Service, or presented Game Rules on the website, in the English language version and the version in any other language, the English version will supersede.
4.4 BETAT Casino reserves the right to modify the Sites, Services and Software and/or change the system specification requirements necessary to access and use the Services at any time and without prior notice.
4.5 The user agrees that BETAT Casino will accept no responsibility for any system malfunctions, connection problem or loss of connectivity between the user and the casino which may have an effect on gameplay whatsoever.
4.6 By playing on this Site the user is acknowledging that in playing games of luck through the use of the Service and/or the Software, the user is under the risk of losing money. It is the user’s sole responsibility to assume the losses suffered through the user’s account;
4.7 The user shall not commit any act or adopt any kind of behavior that could damage to BETAT Casino’s reputation, and the User acknowledges that the use of the Service and/or the Software is at his sole discretion and risk;
4.8 The user declares that he will not violate or attempt to violate or misconstrue in any way BETAT Casino’s security measures. If BETAT Casino has the slightest doubt in respect of this clause, BETAT Casino reserves the right to suspend or block the user’s account immediately. Any financial amount in question will not be credited to the user’s account. The user will be denied access to all other Internet Sites, Services and Software offered by the same corporation.
4.9 In the case of casino games, the Account Holder accepts and agrees that the true random number generator ("TRNG") determines the outcome of every game. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on the software and the gaming server, the result showing on the gaming server shall be the official and governing result of the game. Account Holder understands and agrees that BETAT Casino and the company records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of his participation in the games, the activity resulting from there and the circumstances in which they occurred.
4.10 The user agrees that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

5. Conditions of use of service ^ back to top

5.1 All content of the BETAT Casino website is for non-commercial, personal use only.
5.2 The online gaming Services and related resources, including, without limitation, gaming areas, communication functionality and product information relating to the games (collectively 'Services') provided to you by BETAT Casino via the https://m.betatcasino.com/ website and/or other websites owned, operated, licensed or controlled by BETAT Casino and/or its authorised sub-licensees (the 'Sites') are subject to these Terms of Service.
5.3 Winnings will only be remitted by BETAT Casino to the name and address of the bearer of the account, as it exists in BETAT Casino’s records. BETAT Casino reserves the right to suspend a cash-out request pending verification of User’s identity, age and location.
5.4 Winnings will be credited to the User’s Account following confirmation of the final result.
5.5 By opening an account with BETAT Casino, the subscriber implicitly gives his authorisation to the processing of any personal data in compliance with the privacy laws in force in Malta. The processing of personal data is exclusively managed to the end of account maintenance for use of the services as offered by BETAT Casino.
5.6 The account holder confirms that all information contained in the registration form submitted to BETAT Casino is true, accurate, and complete, and corresponds to the name(s) appearing on the credit cards used for the deposits and payments of gains. BETAT Casino reserves the right to cancel your user agreement in the event that the information provided to BETAT Casino were found to be false, inaccurate, deceitful or incomplete. It is the user’s responsibility to inform us immediately of any changes to the user’s personal information.
5.7 By playing on BETAT Casino the User is declaring that he shall in no way use the Service or the Software with the purpose of transferring such funds from illegal sources. The user will not use the Service and or the Software for any illicit or fraudulent activity, or for any unlawful or fraudulent transaction (including money laundering), in accordance to the laws of all the jurisdictions having authority over the user. If BETAT Casino has the slightest doubt as to the legality of the source of funds used by the User to bet in the on the Internet, then BETAT Casino reserves the right to discontinue or block the account(s) of the client, at any time, until the matter has been resolved.
5.8 Any complaints relating to activity on your account by a third party will not be accepted by BETAT Casino since it is prohibited to enable a third party to play with a user’s account. It is the user’s responsibility to inform BETAT Casino immediately if the user suspects that his account is being used by a third person, so that BETAT Casino may inspect and verify that account;
5.9 In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of BETAT Casino. BETAT Casino may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person.
5.10 BETAT Casino shall, at all times, keep a secure list of all registered users and shall ensure the security of all User Accounts.
5.11 BETAT Casino shall not permit a person to participate in an authorised game conducted by BETAT Casino unless that person is registered as a user and holds an account with BETAT Casino. Clients open an account by completing the online registering application, which is an integral part of the website. To verify customer's identity, BETAT Casino reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (such as copy of ID, passport or any payment cards used) and proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement). Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of the account.
5.12 The user must fill in the registration form provided by BETAT Casino at the point of registration, which shall at least include/confirm the following details:

5.12.1 That the user is over legal gambling age in his country;
5.12.2 The user’s identity, such as Name and Surname, Date of Birth and telephone number
5.12.3 The user’s place of residence
5.13 The user shall be required to provide proof that details stated above are presently correct by supplying BETAT Casino with:

5.13.1 A copy of ID card and/or Passport showing Name, Surname and Date of Birth;
5.13.2 Proof of Address by providing a copy of a Utility Bill not more than 3 months old;
5.14 In order to finalize verification process, the casino may at its discretion at times, phone the registered telephone number supplied by the player at time of registration. Failure to verify an account after three official attempts may result in the account failing verification with the resultant winnings voided and deposits returned.
5.15 If BETAT Casino becomes aware that a person has provided false information in this respect, BETAT Casino shall not register such person and should that person have already been registered with BETAT Casino, the Casino shall immediately cancel that person’s registration as a user with the BETAT Casino. The user also agrees to update this information should there be any changes to the personal data provided.
5.16 BETAT Casino is in no way responsible for the investigation or the initiation of a complaint made by a user against another for any reason, including but not limited to, the conditions in this Contract. BETAT Casino in its sole discretion can decide to act against any person suspected of illicit actions or of acting in violation to the conditions of this Contract.
5.17 Masking IP or location is not allowed and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN and Proxy Servers.
5.18 We do not currently permit accounts to be opened and used by customers who are based in certain jurisdictions, due to various commercial or legal reasons. This list currently contains but is not limited to France, United States of America, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Jordan, Kuwait, Syria, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia. We reserve the right to immediately close accounts registered by users who reside in these countries.

6. User accounts and account security ^ back to top

6.1 If any of the Services you use require an account, before using the Service you must open an account by completing the required registration process. This will include providing BETAT Casino with current, complete and accurate information, including, without limitation, your email address.
6.2 BETAT Casino reserves the right to deny or retract, for whatever reason deemed necessary by BETAT Casino, any or all User screen names and/or user names, whether before, during and after these names have been issued or validated. In the event that User’s Account is otherwise in order according to these Terms and Conditions, BETAT Casino will give User(s) the opportunity to create a new screen and/or user name.
6.3 Opening of a Real Money Account on BETAT Casino is only granted to individuals of at least 18 years and/or the respective minimum age according to the corresponding national legislation relevant to said individual. Individuals registering accounts from Estonia need to be 21 years of age at minimum.
6.4 Opening of a Real Money Account as well as making real money transactions on BETAT Casino is prohibited to residents of the USA as well as residents of any other country wherein laws prohibit opening of said accounts. It is the users’ responsibility to know whether the processing and opening of a BETAT Casino Account is allowed within their jurisdiction. Any funds deposited or any money won by any such persons shall be forfeited to the Maltese Lotteries & Gaming Authority.
6.5 Your membership or subscription is personal to you and you may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others and you may not use anyone else's account at any time.
6.6 It is the subscriber‘s responsibility to keep data such as login username and password confidential. BETAT Casino cannot be held responsible of any misuse of client‘s password. Provided that BETAT Casino has been correctly supplied with the account information requested, we are entitled to assume that orders, payments and instructions are made by the client. You remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your BETAT Casino account.
6.7 You must notify BETAT Casino immediately of any unauthorised use or theft of your account or any other breach of security. If requested you agree to provide BETAT Casino with evidence of such theft or unauthorised use. BETAT Casino will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
6.8 BETAT Casino reserves the right to cancel your account without refund if it becomes aware that you have disclosed your account details and password to a third party.
6.9 BETAT Casino shall not at any time during its relationship with the user be responsible to store passwords and logins of the user.
6.10 You agree not to indemnify and hold harmless BETAT Casino from any claim, demand, damage or loss including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services or use by any third party accessing the Services using your account.
6.11 If the Account Holder does not process a real money bet for any period of six calendar months, their account shall be deemed “Inactive”. BETAT Casino shall be entitled to charge an administrative fee of € 10.00 charged at the end of each calendar month that the Account remains inactive. The administration fee will no longer be charged if the user’s Account is re-activated prior to any monthly fee being deducted.
6.12 After a period of 30 calendar months the inactive account will be closed. The balance on the account shall be remitted to the user or if the user cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority. Provided that no claim shall lie against BETAT Casino after it has remitted the balance in BETAT Casino account to the Authority.
6.13 Any Account Holder is entitled to close his Account and terminate this Agreement at any time by sending an email to BETAT Casino on support@betatcasino.com.
6.14 Account holder accepts that they shall be responsible for activity on their Account until such closure has been affected by BETAT Casino.
6.15 BETAT Casino is entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately on notice (or attempted notice) to the Account Holder at the email address that was provided to the Company.
6.16 Where the Company has terminated a User’s Account as a result of a failed Security Review, any Account Balance in the user’s Account is non-refundable and deemed forfeited.
6.17 In the event of cancellation of the user’s account, a user shall be permitted to withdraw any balances exceeding withdrawal fees.
6.18 All payments shall be remitted to the User (leave BETAT Casino) within 5 working days following the user’s request. This does not necessarily mean that the funds will arrive immediately; some payment methods take longer than others, such as bank transfers.
6.19 If you are a UK customer and your age is not successfully verified within 72 hours of your first deposit at BETAT:
  • your account will be frozen;
  • no further gambling will be permitted until we have successfully verified your age.

In addition, we may withhold any funds in your BETAT account until your age is successfully verified. If, on completion of the age verification process, you are found to be underage, BETAT will return any deposits made on the account, having voided all winnings and/or bonuses.

7. Data protection ^ back to top

7.1 BETAT Casino may process any personal data of clients in accordance with applicable data protection laws including, but not limited to, processing customer's account and payments, keeping records and verifying identity and fraud investigation. Player information, such as KYC documentation, gameplay statistics and other personal and systems relevant information will be kept by NRR Entertainment limited for an indefinite period of time.
7.2 BETAT Casino may share client's personal data with any of its financial agents (institutions processing payments) who may only use it for those purposes defined by BETAT Casino, or as otherwise permitted by the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta).
7.3 Unless client has indicated otherwise, company may contact any client with product and service related information, such as direct email newsletters and/or any other special marketing and/or advertising offers.
7.4 User is aware and consents to the recording of all website use, electronic mails and telephone calls between him/her and BETAT Casino. These recordings will be sole property of the company and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services.
7.5 In the event that a user wins an amount equal to €100,000.00 [one hundred thousand euro] or more through the use of the Software or the Service, the user agrees to give the company the right and authorization to use the user’s nickname or initials as part of the company’s marketing and promotional needs.

8. Financial obligations, payments & winnings ^ back to top

8.1 BETAT Casino shall not accept cash from a user. Funds may be received from the user only by any of the following methods:

8.1.1 Credit cards;
8.1.2 Debit cards;
8.1.3 Electronic transfer;
8.1.4 Wire transfer;
8.1.5 E-Wallets;
8.2 BETAT Casino account holders will not treat the BETAT Casino as a financial institution nor expect interests on deposits. BETAT Casino Account does not accrue interest.
8.3 All payments to and from the user’s Account must be paid in the currencies available via Services at the time and shall not bear interest. All payments into the User’s Account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
8.4 With respect to money laundering regulations, BETAT Casino checks all transactions to ensure prevention of any money laundering attempts. If BETAT Casino at any moment in time suspects that there may have been money laundering activity through use of its website(s), it reserves the right to demand further information from the customer(s) involved, as it may deem appropriate. BETAT Casino will immediately report any transactions that it deems suspicious to the relevant authorities.
8.5 Winnings are subject to BETAT Casino verification procedures before payment is made.
8.6 In order to thwart Money Laundering, payments of winnings will only be paid to the account from which deposits have originated, in their correct order.

For example, if a deposit is made from a Visa Card followed by a deposit from an e-Wallet, winnings made from deposited funds must first be paid out to Visa Card in the value of the deposit. Any remaining winnings may be withdrawn to the e-Wallet.
8.7 BETAT Casino may charge a fee for handling payments by cheque or by bank transfer. Likewise, should the client deposit and withdraw funds without any gaming activity, BETAT Casino reserves the right to impose transfer charges on the withdrawals.
8.8 The User may at any time request a payout from the existing balance out of their Account in whole or in part provided that all payments methods have been confirmed and verified. Any expense related to withdrawal requests shall be charged to the receiver.
8.9 Please be aware that your first withdrawal may take up to 5 days to process due to random checks. Subsequent withdrawals will generally be processed within 4 hours.
8.10 In those cases where the payment solutions provided by BETAT Casino do not offer redirection of payouts to the same bank account from which the funds originated, the User shall record a bank account with BETAT Casino. Payouts in such cases shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account as recorded with and verified by BETAT Casino. These deposits will not need to be wagered and are simply to activate the payment option.
8.11 If a User deposits money with BETAT Casino via multiple payment solutions offered by BETAT Casino, or via bank transfer origination from more than one bank account, the User will have recorded more than one payment method with BETAT Casino. Upon receipt of such request, BETAT Casino shall confirm that the User is the account holder of each specified payment method and/or bank account individually. To this regard BETAT Casino reserves the right to request all documentation necessary, including a bank statement, to confirm that bank accounts belong to a particular user.
8.12 BETAT Casino shall not make a payment or process a withdrawal of any amount out of a user’s Casino account to a user, until he is deemed to be “KYC Verified Customer” by which we mean that user’s identity, age, place of residence and depositing payment method have been verified as per term 2.9 outlined in this agreement.
8.13 BETAT Casino shall have a right to take any measures and adopt any procedures to obtain the verification of identity of a User. If such evidence is not obtained, or where BETAT Casino knows or suspects that the transaction may be related to money laundering or the funding of terrorism, BETAT Casino shall not proceed with such transaction and shall have the right to close such User’s account and shall have the right to disclose details of such transaction to the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit in Malta.
8.14 All players will be asked to submit their official documentation in order to be checked and verified upon making a request for a withdrawal. Should the player choose to ignore or refuse to send in their documents for KYC verification after three official attempts to do so are made on the casino’s part, then the latter has sufficient grounds to take immediate and final action after thirty days have elapsed from the first request, which may include but is not limited to the closure of said account and the forfeiting of the balance in the account. The casino will work with the relevant and appropriate authorities to ensure the return of the originating funds to the rightful owner wherever possible.
8.15 Users may only use their own credit / debit card and other form of payment methods in their own account. Any deposits made using another individual’s credit / debit card or a payment method belonging to another individual will be refunded and any games played with funds from such card will be deemed void. The users account will be closed as a result of such action.
8.16 BETAT Casino hereby ensures the security of all financial information on the user and financial documents whether relating in/directly to the transactions affected between the User and BETAT Casino or between BETAT Casino and the relevant tax authorities.
8.17 The user acknowledges that BETAT Casino reserves the right to request proof of deposit into users Casino accounts for all alternative payment methods, at any moment. BETAT Casino reserves the right to request its clients’ bank account numbers at any time.
8.18 The maximum payout for any one 24-hour period differs from one payment method to another and is relevant to specific customer type. Each customer is able to see their daily payout and deposit limits within "My Account" section on the website. The daily maximum payout in the casino excludes winnings on BETAT Casino progressive casino games, payouts of which are governed by the Jackpot amount. Maximum withdrawal amount for non-jackpot winnings from this Casino is capped at €20,000 per month, given that total winnings will always be paid in less than 10 instalments. 
8.19 You hereby warrant that any and all information that you submit to BETAT Casino is and will be true and accurate (including, without limitation, your billing information such as credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all fees you incur, plus all applicable taxes, using the Services. 8.21 Should funds be credited to a User’s Account in error, it is the client's responsibility to notify BETAT Casino of the error without delay. 8.22 It is not possible to transfer money from one member account to another.
8.23 In order to thwart potential money laundering attempts a deposit must be wagered a minimum of at least one and up to a required five times before being withdrawn, at Casino discretion. The casino may choose to not process withdrawals for a player should the player’s lifetime real money wagering not accrue to at least five times the total amount of funds deposited to the casino.

12.4 Should the Casino become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing a cash out of said bonus, then BETAT Casino will enforce condition number 12.5 and will enforce immediate exclusion from this and future BETAT Casino promotions.

For sake of absolute clarity, we have individually identified named practices BETAT Casino finds abusive in relation to awarded bonuses and will enforce condition 12.5 to its most severe extent should a user be found utilizing said practices:

12.4.1 User staking bets that have no or very minimal ability of return, with sole purpose of increasing their wagering volume with minimal loss/win expectancy, will be deemed advantage play and will result in immediate forfeit of the bonus, any bonus winnings and retaining of any real monies lost to the Casino in the process. A clear-cut example of such type of play would be a simultaneous wager on both black and red in roulette, or covering of the vast majority of the table. This condition is not limited to this example alone: any wager placed with obvious intent to achieve high bet volume with minimal win expectancy will be deemed abusive toward the offer.
12.4.2 A user staking 20% or over of the value of their real money deposit in a single bet prior to wagering the deposit five times over, with purpose of drastically increasing their bankroll will be flagged as a high-risk user and will be monitored. For example, a user depositing €100, then immediately proceeding to wager over €20 per hand will be deemed a high-risk user. 14.10 We are in no way responsible for any loss or damage, including but not limited to a loss of profit, as a result of improper functioning of the Service and or of the Software, any delay, interruption, transmission, loss or corruption of data, improper functioning of the means of communication, criminal use of the Internet Site or of its content by any person, of a defect, or omission or of any other factor beyond our control. In the event that the malfunction results in profit, whether it be collected or credited to your account, BETAT Casino reserves the right to claim all gains that you may have benefited from as a result of one of those malfunctions, and you would be obliged to immediately reimburse BETAT Casino the amount collected and to inform BETAT Casino of the malfunction. BETAT Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, of directly deducting from your account an amount equal to that which you may have received in error.
14.11 In accepting the terms of this Contract, you are bound to integrally indemnify us, to defend us and to exonerate us, on demand of any complaint, responsibility, damage, loss, cost or expense, including but not limited to all legal fees or others that we shall bear as a result of breach of this Contract, a violation of BETAT Casinos laws, rules and/or rights or of those of a third party, to any use of the Service and/or Software with your login, whether it be with your knowledge or without it, as well as any acceptance of profit on your part.
14.12 If you fail to adhere to any of the conditions of this Contract or if we reasonably suspect that you are failing to comply with any of the conditions of this Contract, BETAT Casino reserves the right, and all remedies at its disposition, and at its sole discretion, to block all your user accounts and of withdrawing the necessary amount from your account in order to compensate the damage suffered by BETAT Casino, or in exchange of any amount due to BETAT Casino, and until ruled upon it by a Court of Law.
14.13 Account Holders are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident. BETAT Casino accepts no responsibility for any action taken by any Authority against any account holder.
14.14 This Contract is effective immediately after clicking on « I Agree » during the Registration process, effectively opening a User Account and remains valid until it is cancelled in accordance to the conditions stated herein.
14.15 You can cancel this contract at any time in writing to BETAT Casino on their registered Address, or by email under the condition that you have no outstanding amounts with BETAT Casino, for any reason. The cancellation of this Contract becomes effective only after you have received a notification in writing from BETAT Casino confirming the cancellation. From the moment when this contract becomes invalid, you will no longer be authorized to use the Service and the Software, and you are under the obligation to erase the Software from your computer and to destroy all documentation, related to the Service or to the Software, under your possession, in your power or under your control.
14.16 Immediately following the cancellation of this Contract, by either party, BETAT Casino is bound to reimburse the integral amount indicated in your user account, only after the deduction of any amount owed to BETAT Casino, if any.
14.17 All existing obligations between the parties to this Contract will be null and void after the cancellation of this Contract, and for whatever reason, except if provided otherwise, under the reserved rights and obligations

15. Prohibition by employees ^ back to top

15.1 No employees, managers, directors, consultants, agents, branches or affiliated companies, any of the providers or sellers at BETAT Casino nor their relatives (in this clause, the term « relatives » means spouse, partner, parents, children or siblings of the people mentioned above) can participate in any games during their term of employment, management, directorship, engagement or contractual relationship with BETAT Casino. To this end no officers, directors, employees, consultants or any other persons conducting business or engaged with BETAT Casino shall be allowed to open an account with BETAT Casino during their term of engagement. Proof of such attempts shall result in steps being taken by BETAT Casino that shall have repercussions upon the contract existing between the employee etc and BETAT Casino.
15.2 No BETAT Casino executives, nor their relatives (in this clause, the term « relatives » means spouse, partner, parents, children or siblings of the people mentioned above) are allowed to play on our site or are authorised to use the Service directly or indirectly. Nevertheless, this shall not apply where relatives are expressly allowed to play on the BETAT Casino site by means of written authorisation by BETAT Casino. BETAT Casino employees, or anyone else having access to inside information (for example: complete hand histories, playing histories, money transaction histories, and similar) are not allowed to use the services of the site. This is to prevent any potential abuse of inside information.
15.3 If clauses 15.1 and 15.2 are breached, BETAT Casino reserves the right to close the said account immediately and to cancel payment on any gain. This shall take place without any prejudice to the rights that BETAT Casino has against the breaching person in terms of the employment or any other contract between the parties.

17.1 NRR Entertainment endorses a policy of responsible gaming and seeks to address this problem in a number of ways:
  • employees are trained to recognize problem gamblers and take appropriate actions when they identify compulsive or underage gambling;
  • a membership can be cancelled and a gambler prevented from using the site, if such gamer asks NRR Entertainment to do so;
  • procedures profiling players and identifying a players’ age are in place in order to prevent and preclude underage gaming; and
  • upon request the player’s mail address can be removed from NRR ENTERTAINMENT email list.
17.2 In accordance with its Responsible Gaming Policy NRR ENTERTAINMENT also gives the opportunity to the player to limit the amount that the player may wager. A player may directly set a limit on the amount the player may wager within a specified period of time:
  • set a limit on the losses the player may incur within a specified period of time;
  • set a limit on the amount of time the player may play in any one session;
  • exclude the player from playing for a definite or indefinite period of time.
17.3 A player who has set a limit or exclusion under this regulation may change or revoke the limit or exclusion by written notice or electronic notice given to NRR ENTERTAINMENT.
17.4 A notice increasing or revoking a limit or decreasing the exclusion has effect only after seven days after NRR ENTERTAINMENT has received the notice. A notice reducing a limit or increasing the exclusion has effect immediately after it is received by the NRR ENTERTAINMENT.
17.5 NRR ENTERTAINMENT shall not accept a wager from a player contrary to a limit or exclusion set by the player himself.
17.6 NRR ENTERTAINMENT is also precluded, through its internal policies and controls as well as the legislation of the state of Malta, from giving any form of credit to players or any form of loan.

18.1 NRR believes in providing a protected environment for everyone and fully recognizes that gambling should be exclusive only to adults. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble with NRR. We reserve the right to ask for verification documents from any customer and may suspend an account until such proof is received.

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 found to be gambling with NRR will have any winnings forfeited.

19.1 Contact Customer Service through Live Chat.
19.2 A member of our Customer Service Team will either provide information/resolve your query or they may refer your query to another department.
19.3 When a response is received from the referred department the Customer Service agent will get in touch with you, within 72 hours.
19.4 If the query is not resolved by the response it will be escalated. UK customers will receive a copy of the complaints procedure via email. Further investigation of the issue may be undertaken and a Customer Service agent will keep you updated on the progress.

At the end of the processes established in steps 3 - 4 and where you are not satisfied with the outcome and wish to take the dispute further please inform a Customer Service agent who will provide you with contact details for either the alternative dispute resolution provider (if you are a UK customer) or the relevant regulatory body.
